(17) Certain widows remarrying, may not inherit as widows - Sec.24
Any heir who is related to an intestate as a widow of a
pre-deceased son, the widow of a pre-deceased son or the widow of a brother
shall not be entitled to succeed to the property or the intestate as such
widow, if on the date of succession opens, she has remarried.

(17) Certain widows remarrying, may not inherit as widows - Sec.24
If a widow of a pre-deceased son has married again then she will
lose her status of widow.
