After loss of my parents, made number of frustrating visits to India over four year period and only got part way through sorting out my parents’ estate. In late 2019 decided to enlist the help of NRI Legal Services UK to sort the outstanding issue.
At initial meeting with member of UK team, the whole process was explained and once agreed a dedicated member was assigned to keep me informed of the status of the case.
Unfortunately due to current circumstances beyond anybody’s control it took lot longer than expected to complete the process. However twice monthly updates of the status were provided even through the lockdown period. The professional attitude and coordination of NRI teams in UK and India was exemplary and will have no issues using them again if needed.
