I found NRI Legal services very professional and approachable. The service I requested was a valuation report of assets I am the legal owner of in India, but I was not willing to travel and conduct this myself. The valuation report came back on time and was clear and written in plain English. The valuation does not necessary mean that the property will sell for this value since there may be many defining factors, however it does give a good idea of a “ball-park” figure when conducting negotiations with interested parties. The next stage will be to see if NRI legal now are able to step up to the contents of this report and find a buyer.
